Kemami Sewai Recipe Kaise Banate Hai, Kemami Sewai Banane Ka Tarika .Kemami Sewai Recipe 

      Ingredients 

☆ 250 gram – banarsi Sewai( barik sewai)

            ☆ 400 gram – suger

            ☆  100 gram – khoya

            ☆  4 tbsp(choota tbsp). – ghee 

            ☆  20 gram – makhana(foxnut)

            ☆  12 pice – kaju ( caswnut )

            ☆ 10 se 12 pice – badam (almond )

            ☆  15 pice – kishmis

            ☆  5 pice – khurma 

            ☆  25 gram – coconut

            ☆  4 pice – Hari elachi  (cardamon )0

            ☆  3 bund – kaura water 

      

       Cooking  method of Kemami Sewai Recipe 

          Chalye ab start karte hai. Kimami sewai Eid Recipe banana .sabse phele sari drayfruit ko chop(kat) le.ab gass stove per kadahi rakhe.aur kadahi ko gram hone per 2 tbsp  ghee dale.usme chop dry fruit ko dal ker halka rost(bhune). ab Issey nikal le.phir ussey  kadahi  mein 2 ghee dale phie sewai  dal bhune jab ye halka brown hone lage to nikal le .phir kadahi  ko gass stove per rakhe aur 1 glass water (pani) dale aur suger dal ker boil kare. puri tarah  boil kare.  gass ka flame high rakhe geJab puri  boil ho jaye to bhune sewai ko boil suger mein dale aur saat mein elachi powder dale aur sab ko mix kare aur gass flame ko dhimi

Ker de. aur dhire daire sare sawaiting ko mila lege agar sugar ka kimai bhut jiyada ghara lag raha hai aur sare sewai  mein mix nahi hoti patna raha hai to app thora sa milk (add)mila le jis mein ki sewai  tait na rahe milk milane se sewai  soft ho gaye ge .sare sewai ko boil suger mein milane ka bad thora dak ker pakaye. jab tak sewai  mein suger puri tarah  se dizol  (mix )ho jaye to dakken ko khol de aur isme khoya mix kare jab khoya mix ho jaye to rost dry fruit dal ker mila le aur 10 minut tak pakaye jab tak sare dry fruit soft nahi hote aur sare dry fruit soft hone ke bad 3 bund kaura  water mila lege phir gass flame ko band ker dege thora dry fruit  garnish ke liye rakhe. Ab kemami sewai  ko ek plate  mein nikal ker dry fruit  se garnish  kare aur ab ye serve ke liye ready  hai.

 

NOTE.

    suger ko apne quantity ke hisab ya andaz se dal sakte hai.

     Ager kimam tait ya ghara lag raha hai to milk mila ker soft ker sakte hai.
